Vinyasa

“How to inhabit your body”

This class, rooted in Sun Salutations, is designed for both beginners and experienced practitioners, focusing on integration and strength. Lindsay’s teaching approach emphasizes anatomy and safety, often incorporating asana workshops to help refine and strengthen poses.

Yin

“How to feel your body”

Yin is the complementary practice to Vinyasa—while Vinyasa builds strength and integration, Yin focuses on flexibility and acceptance. This primarily seated practice involves holding poses for 2-8 minutes to allow the body’s deep tissues to release and the mind to settle. Lindsay’s teaching approach prioritizes anatomy and safety, incorporating all aspects of yoga, including asana (poses), pranayama (breathwork), deep rest, and meditation. This class is not suitable for pregnant or six months postpartum individuals.
