Merritt, BC (11-06-2025) – The City of Merritt is aware of a class action lawsuit related to the 2021 atmospheric river event. The City has been served legal documents in connection with this matter and has engaged appropriate legal counsel. As this is now before the courts, the City is not in a position to provide further comment at this time.
