Pursuant to Section 24 of the Community Charter, notice is hereby given that the City of Merritt intends to enter into a below-market lease agreement with Nicola Valley Transportation Society for the rental of 353 square feet of office space at City Hall located at 2185 Voght Street, Merritt, BC.
The lease is for a term of 2 years commencing August 1, 2025, with the possibility of a further two-year extension; the total rental rate for the two years will be $9,948.36, plus any applicable tax.
