Join our fun and welcoming Adult Gymnastics class! Whether you’re a beginner or have some experience, this program offers a great way to improve flexibility, strength, and coordination. Learn basic skills, work on your technique, and enjoy a supportive environment. All fitness levels are welcome!
PREREQUISITES: No prior gymnastics experience required. Open to all fitness levels Participants should wear comfortable athletic clothing. Must be 18 years or older. A signed waiver is required before participating.
COST: $70 (1-hour sessions | 7 sessions)
LOCATION: Merritt Civic Centre: East Auditorium
WEAR: Comfortable athletic clothing (no jeans or belts)
BRING: a water bottle; no jewelry for safety reasons
