Senior’s Skate
Seniors, 60 plus, can now skate safely with their peers on Thursdays from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM, from October 10, 2024 to March 27, 2025. This is an open skate, with no instructor. Drop-in discounted senior’s rate is $3.75 (regular rate is $5.50); cash only.

Free Pool Swim + Aquafit
Every Wednesday, seniors can enjoy a FREE swim at the Nicola Valley Aquatic Centre from 9:00 AM – 10:00 AM, followed by Stretch & Stability aquafit classes (sponsored by the Merritt Senior’s Centre) on Wednesday from 10:00 AM – 10:45 AM.
