Help Shape Merritt’s Age-Friendly Accessibility Plan
The City of Merritt is developing an Age-Friendly Accessibility Plan to help make our community safer, more welcoming, and easier to navigate for everyone — particularly older adults (55+) and individuals with accessibility needs.

SURVEY
The City also invites you to take a few minutes to complete our community survey. Your input will help us identify what is working well, where improvements are needed, and how the City can better support residents of all ages and abilities.
-
The survey covers a range of topics and may take up to 15 minutes to complete.
-
Participation is voluntary, and you may skip any question.
-
Some questions (e.g., related to income or health) help us understand barriers that may affect access to City programs or services.
-
All responses will be stored securely in Microsoft 365 and accessed only by the project team for analysis.
-
Survey results will be reported in aggregate; individual responses will remain confidential and anonymous.
-
Caregivers are welcome to complete the survey on behalf of the person they support.
Thank you for helping make Merritt a more inclusive community.
