Concession Building Lease

In accordance with section 24(1) of the Community Charter, notice is hereby given that it is the intention of the City of Merritt to enter into a lease agreement with Michael Begg, Curbside Cookhouse, commencing May 1, 2024 and expiring on April 30, 2025 for use of the commercial kitchen and patio area of the Central Park Concession Building located at 2975 Voght St. for the purpose of preparing and selling food products. The consideration being received by the City of Merritt is $12,000 for the term of the lease.
