Mail Drop Box

NEXT TO CITY HALL FRONT DOORS

 

DURING THE CANADA POST STRIKE, you may deposit mail or cheque payments into the City’s Mail Drop Box, located to the right of the west-facing doors.

All items deposited in this box are removed at 8:30 AM daily (Monday to Friday). Anything received after 8:30 AM will be date stamped the next regular day of business. Items of a timely nature should be delivered to the Front Desk during regular office hours (8:30 am to 4:30 pm Monday to Friday).

Payments via check, cash, or debit can also be made in person at City Hall during regular office hours, Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm, except lunchtime: 2185 Voght Street, Merritt, B.C.

Payments are also accepted via online banking or via OptionPay credit card processing: merritt.ca/creditcard.  Note that credit card payments are only accepted online and cannot be processed at the front desk.
