Was your housing impacted by the 2021 flood? We want to hear from you! The City of Merritt is specifically seeking input from residents who either experienced housing damage or had to relocate (temporarily or permanently) as a result of the flood. Residents whose housing was not flood-affected but wish to share feedback on housing in Merritt are also invited to fill out the survey sections that apply to them.

The City of Merritt is developing a Strategic Housing Action Plan to address our community’s housing challenges, to support ways for residents to have safe, stable housing, and to build a brighter future for the whole community. If you are a Merritt resident whose housing was damaged or you were displaced due to the flood, your input at this stage is crucial.
