The City of Merritt is seeking interested persons to sit on the new Merritt Age-Friendly and Accessibility Advisory Committee. This purpose of the committee is to advise and make recommendations to Council on matters related to the achievement of an age-friendly and accessible City.

The City of Merritt would like to remind all dog owners to purchase your 2020 dog license from City Hall.  All dogs over 6 months old are required to have a valid license.  This is an important program that helps us re-unite you with your dog if they get loose and ensures the City has up to date
