Targeted Wage Subsidies
is an employment program that provides employers with financial assistance towards wages of eligible individuals whom they hire.  The program encourages employers to hire eligible individuals whom they would not normally hire in the absence of a subsidy.

Wage Subsidy Incentive Get Youth Working
offers employers a $2,800 Wage Subsidy incentive to hire eligible youth 15 to 29 years of age. Additionally, employers may request up to $1,000 to purchase training for the newly hired youth.



Work Share Agreement Work-Sharing
is an adjustment program designed to help employers and employees avoid layoffs when there is a temporary reduction in the normal level of business activity that is beyond the control of the employer.
