Updated Fees & Charges Bylaw

The City of Merritt has completed a comprehensive review of its fees and charges as listed in the City of Merritt Fees and Charges Bylaw 2358. Many of the fees have not changed for over 15 years. The updated Fees and Charges Bylaw now aligns with current cost recovery. The updated Bylaw was approved by Council on February 13, 2024, and is available at merritt.ca/bylaws.
