Removal of Road Dedication

ADJACENT TO RANSOM AVENUE

A section of land dedicated to roads (0.3 hectares adjacent to Ransom Avenue) has never been opened. Under section 40 of the Community Charter, the City of Merritt is providing notice of its intention to adopt bylaw 2344, 2022, removing this parcel from road dedication according to the survey plan.

This bylaw has received three readings, and will be presented for Adoption during the November 8th Council meeting. Those who consider they would be affected by this bylaw should attend the November 8th, 2022, Council meeting, to make representations accordingly.
