In accordance with section 26 of the Community Charter, the City of Merritt hereby provides notice of its intention to dispose of .03 hectares of unopened road allowance legally described as PID 032-485-581 That part of DL 122 KDYD shown on Plan EPP 124029. The lot will be sold to Alkon Investments Ltd. at the agreed upon price of $79,399.17.
