Nicola Valley Rodeo Parade

Kick off Merritt’s famed Nicola Valley Pro Rodeo weekend with a visit to the Rodeo Parade on Friday, August 29, 2025 at 6:30 PM.

The staging area will be along Canford Avenue, beside Voght Park. The start of the parade will be at the corner of Cleasby and Coldwater. The parade will make its way down Coutlee to Charters and returning west along Quilchena.

The roads identified on the map will be closed starting at 4:30 PM until about 9:00 PM. Entrants should be ready at the starting place at 5:00 PM. The duration of the parade is expected to be 45 minutes, starting at 6:30pm.

Event organizers are in charge of placing and removing barricades.
