As Strong as a Mother is a dynamic and nurturing mom-and-baby fitness program designed exclusively for new moms and their precious little ones. This program is all about celebrating the strength, resilience, and joy of motherhood while helping mothers regain their fitness, boost their energy levels, and create lasting bonds with their babies.
